Biomimetic electrospinning for fabrication of poly(lactic acid)/graphite oxide/poly(dopamine) nanofiber membrane

As a new preparation process of nanofibers, electrospinning technology developed by bionic spider spinning can further improve the molecular structure and mechanical properties obtain nanofibers base membrane products with better properties. The needs minimal energy consumption though it has very long liquid transport tube. Because silk high wide industrial applications, so kind biomimetic which harnessed spiral-needle was proposed. Then poly(lactic acid)PLA/graphite oxide(GO)/dopamine (DA) nanofiber fabricated technology. results showed that compared pure PLA membranes, average pore size PLA/GO porous membranes decreased, total number pores increased, fracture strength elongation at break increased. At same time, spun were also more uniform. distribution dense after adding DA, while even. After greatly increased similar to nanofiber. obtained oxidative polymerization DA into poly(dopamine) (PDA), layer attached surface performance PLA/GO/PDA prepared based on PLA/GO/DA superior its adsorption rate 24 h as 98.81%.
